OUR STORY
Jason Edwards and David Allman founded Providence Partners in 2022.
In early 2020, Providence Realty Investors (PRI), led by Jason Edwards, began building a strategy to position the firm to enter the corporate real estate industry. In the quest for a proficient joint-venture development ally, Jason and his team were introduced to Regent Partners and its founder, David Allman. The leaders quickly recognized a unique opportunity: unify PRI's asset management expertise with Regent Partners' stellar track record in commercial real estate development to create a world-class, diverse corporate and commercial real estate enterprise like no other.
From their introductory handshake, Jason and David immediately aligned on three principles:
- Corporate real estate needed a credible, capable, and diverse provider.
- PRI and Regent could each go far alone – but further together.
- Their success would catalyze more diverse partnerships across the real estate industry.
That meeting paved the way for Providence Partners.
Today, American businesses want to work with firms with the capability and experience to execute, paired with diversity to support their ESG goals. We aim to fill that void in the market by offering double-bottom-line initiatives for our corporate partners and beloved communities.
The time is right, and the time is now, for Providence Partners.
